Continues to give me excellent care even though my upper implants are two years old ! Staff is amazing . Had my last cleaning and church a week ago and they have always greeted me as an important client. Thank you . Always feel in good hands Totally happy with the results . I was a very difficult case with a failures from other treatments throughout the years.Dr Lim has made me a very satisfied client.

DANGER!!!!!!!!!! “Dr Steve s Lim” is a complete arrogant piece of He treated my wife with disgusting discrimination and zero respect. Even worse, he worked on the WRONG TOOTH. THIS IS MALPRACTICE!!! , and he refused to take accountability without any empathy, This kind of negligence and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable “dr Steve s lim” hides behind a white coat who should be reported to the dental board immediately before he hurts another person..

I absolutely love Dr. Lim. I was so nervous coming to see him . I hate going to the dentist for issues as most people are. However he really put me at easy and made me feel so comfortable using him for the procedures and treatment plan. Fast forward , my outcome was amazing. I love my smile. I really feel so confident . It totally changed how I look. Thank you so much. I highly recommend seeing him.

They overcharge horrendously. Complete rip off. Their work is barely acceptable I had to have a crown replaced one year later. There are many much better other dentists I would go elsewhere.

Run don’t walk from this dental practice. I was a patient for several years. At first I was pleased with my care. I had my teeth cleaned every 6 months however saw a different dentist for most examinations. In my opinion that isn’t the best for dental care. My last appointment the dentist I saw told me I needed 3 dental caps and several fillings and was strongly suggested to get braces. As I was more than a bit concerned about the costs, I was told to work out the financing with the girls up front. What a way to treat your staff and patient. Needless to say I was not very happy with what this dentist had to say so I saw another dentist for a second opinion, I may require 1 cap and 2 new fillings. Avoid this practice unless you like spending money on dental work which you really don’t require.

Dr. Lim's office...Let me start with the good: - The doctors-though there is far too much turnover-are good - The hygienists are great That's it. There's nothing else that is good about this office. The front office is terrible. They do not schedule correctly, they do not re-schedule correctly, they do not quote correctly, they collect too much money always, and if you want to be treated poorly, they're really good at that. They can't even cancel all of your appointments when you quit them as a patient without calling you several times to try to re-schedule you. The back office. If the front office is terrible, then the back office is abysmal. They are the worst of the worst. They do not know insurance and cannot answer simple insurance questions. They do not bill in the office and therefore, timely billing and filing is simply out of the question. They will always ask for money without knowing what you actually owe, and you will always overpay. When you do end up owing money, you won't know until months later, because they don't bill with any regularity-so expect mysterious bills and balances if you are a patient here. I saw Dr Lim to have two teeth extractions, bone graft & prep for implants. Never before in my life time has any dentist who's done extractions on me been so precise at removing teeth until Dr Lim. I didn't even feel/know that he had pulled my long rooted, huge molar; no pain at all! He is just the best dentist ever & that's why I keep coming back to him!! Dr Lim has done extensive dental treatments on me for the past 2 years including 3 implants, 13 crowns & super bad decaying (not by my fault) due to a very, very dry mouth. I can't say enough about him & I praise his work every time! Dr Lim did my full mouth restoration that looks great/near perfect results!! He is a true perfectionist!!! This has lifted my spirits, my self esteem & I know that I will ONLY let Dr Lim touch my mouth in the future! His new staff is awesome: the best you'll find anywhere from Wendy & Taylor at the front desk to his assistants Jennifer & Bernadette. They are ALL friendly, helpful & great at their jobs!! I can't forget to mention Lisa - Office Manager who worked with my financial planning & accommodated my exact needs. But, my favorite overall is Dr Steve Lim, sorry ladies but he's my main man!! You

Went in for a root canal and a crown for my front tooth. I have a very distinct gap that is extremely hard to replicate, but Dr. Lim and his staff were very patient and did not stop until they got it completely right. I appreciate all of their hard work. They are very efficient with reminding you of your appointment time and date by phone and by text. Very client oriented and always made sure I was happy with the result. Answered all my questions and everyone was very friendly. Will definitely return and highly recommend!
